The Cure Method
What is The Cure Method?
The Cure Method is a functional approach that helps uncover hidden root causes—like nutrient deficiencies and gut imbalances—that may be behind issues such as fatigue, bloating, mood shifts, or hair changes. It was founded, by Jenny Cure-Twede, a board certified nurse practitioner, and focuses on aligning daily habits, nourishing the body, and repairing at the root level.
How is this different from a regular doctor’s visit?
Unlike a standard appointment that often looks at surface symptoms, we take a deep-dive approach. We combine advanced functional assessments with personalized guidance, helping you understand why you feel the way you do and what can be done about it.
How is The Cure Method different from other wellness programs?
Most wellness coaches provide advice based on lifestyle or nutrition training alone. At The Cure Method, your plan is guided by a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with years of medical and critical care experience. This allows us to interpret labs, identify subtle nutrient and gut imbalances, and integrate those insights into a holistic plan that goes beyond surface-level coaching.
Is this a diet program?
Nope. It’s not about restriction or fads. It’s about aligning your nutrition, gut health, and lifestyle so your body can absorb what it needs.
Do you use labs or testing?
Yes, when appropriate, we may also order labs. We often look at more advanced labs that go beyond “normal” results to reveal nutrient deficiencies, hormone imbalances, and gut imbalances that may otherwise be missed.
Do you only offer holistic coaching, or do you also include clinical expertise?
You get the best of both worlds. I integrate functional lab testing, medical training, and holistic coaching into one program, ensuring that your care is thorough, evidence-based, and deeply personalized.
Why does your medical background matter for wellness coaching?
Having a nurse practitioner background means I understand both the science and the human side of health. I know how to connect functional testing, lab data, and your story together, so you’re not just following a generic program, you’re getting care that reflects the complexity of your body.

How do I know if this is right for me?
That’s exactly why we start with a call. It’s your chance to share your story, ask questions, and see if this feels like the right fit.
